Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, empowering our mental health counselors with the flexibility to create their own schedules within business hours, typically Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our telehealth setting ensures that counselors can work comfortably and efficiently from home, with a reliable internet connection and privacy measures in place to maintain confidentiality with clients. There is no on-call work or after-hours obligations, allowing for a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health histories, substance use challenges, and personal goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including other counselors, medical professionals, and support staff, to assure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, fostering a supportive recovery environment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must have active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR), to manage client interactions effectively.
