Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Work closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Utilize teletherapy to provide services to clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those unable to attend in-person appointments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, while advanced academic qualifications (master’s or doctoral level) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology are preferred.
