Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges that clients face throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and set realistic goals that promote effective progress in therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support, ensuring the safety and stability of clients who may be experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records, progress notes, and treatment documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to uphold the integrity of our practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists—to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of treatment for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families about emotional health topics, coping strategies, and self-care practices that assist in adjusting to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on supporting a diverse population of clients who are undergoing rehabilitation after various health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
