Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to understand their mental health concerns, backgrounds, and therapy goals, employing tools such as interviews and standardized assessment instruments.

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Maintain client confidentiality while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements in all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse clientele consisting of students in a school setting. You will work closely with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and interpersonal conflicts. Your expertise will guide these individuals through their unique healing processes, helping them thrive both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
