Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic support to students experiencing significant mental health issues, particularly in the school setting.

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based practices to address diverse clinical needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on students in school settings, often from underserved backgrounds. These individuals may experience various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. The LCSW will need to approach each client with cultural competence and sensitivity, employing strategies that resonate with the unique experiences and backgrounds of the students served.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LCSW license in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
