Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional functioning, and psychological well-being, utilizing standardized testing and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client’s individual goals, preferences, and cultural values.

• Provide various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to respond to their evolving needs.
