Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver compassionate mental health services to clients, focusing on their academic, professional, and personal growth—tailored to the multicultural and diverse demographics of our client base.

• Provide medication management support by reminding clients to take their medications on time, ensuring proper storage practices, and monitoring adherence to prescribed regimens.

• Assist clients with transportation needs, whether through personal or agency vehicles, and provide education on utilizing public transport to facilitate the maintenance of medical appointments.

• Oversee the provision of essential household supplies to clients, ensuring their living conditions support their mental health and well-being.

• Maintain the highest standards of service delivery, aligning with identifiable client goals and striving for a positive client experience.
\n
• Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations relevant to mental health service delivery, ensuring compliance with program certifications.

• Actively engage in team collaboration, promoting open communication amongst colleagues about client progress and care strategies.
\n
• Document client interactions promptly and accurately, maintaining compliance with organizational standards for all reporting and clinical notes.
\n
• Facilitate life skills training activities, assisting clients in daily living skills, such as shopping, meal planning, and cooking, based on their individual readiness for increased responsibility.

• Observe and report on client moods and behaviors, enforcing safety protocols and serving as a positive role model.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing mental health support to a varied population that reflects our community's diversity. The clientele includes individuals facing challenges related to their mental health, relationships, and daily living skills, necessitating a tailored and culturally sensitive approach to counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid counseling license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is required, as our organization cannot accept applicants with an associate license due to Medicare billing regulations.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, to facilitate effective documentation and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
