Work Environment

You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Freehold, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, identifying their needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Execute a wide variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, aimed at orthopedic recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring each patient feels valued and respected throughout their treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on proper techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to facilitate healing and prevent further injuries.
• Meet minimum productivity goals while maintaining a focus on quality care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily focus on patients with orthopedic needs, treating conditions related to musculoskeletal injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. Additionally, the role encompasses working with pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, allowing you to expand your skills and knowledge while making a significant impact on a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Proficient in word processing and capable of using electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic clinical setting handling a broad range of conditions.
• Ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients, helping them achieve their functional goals.
• Experience in community engagement or outreach programs related to health and wellness.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, alongside a robust benefits package.
