Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and maintain clinical care for a diverse caseload of patients with various psychological needs, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans and documenting each client's progress in a way that complies with regulatory standards.

• Perform thorough assessments of patients, collaborating with them and their families to design and implement tailored resolution plans that effectively address their unique challenges.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, utilizing advanced clinical skills to counsel clients and their families during critical moments.

• Maintain detailed patient records, including care plans, evaluation summaries, and progress notes, ensuring all documentation is current and comprehensive.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage primarily with clients experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Many clients may have co-occurring physical or intellectual disabilities. Your ability to form therapeutic relationships will be crucial as you guide clients through their healing journeys, addressing their mental health needs while collaborating with other healthcare providers when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and experience. Additional incentives include:
