Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is seeking a motivated and skilled Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Orlando, Florida. In this integral role, you will partner with patients on their journey toward restoring mobility, enhancing functional capabilities, and achieving their personal health goals. As a Physical Therapist at our outpatient rehabilitation facility, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care while promoting a high quality of life for our patients.

About the Organization

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is a PT-owned practice that emphasizes exceptional care and patient-centered treatment. Our 5,000 square foot facility is equipped with state-of-the-art sports medicine technology, designed to support a wide range of orthopedic rehabilitation needs. Our talented team includes two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all working collaboratively to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual requirements.

Work Environment

This position will be onsite at our Orlando rehabilitation facility, characterized by a collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes patient engagement and therapeutic excellence. Our clinic operates primarily with patients who have private medical insurance, allowing for focused, quality care without the constraints often found in larger healthcare settings. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their individual health goals and physical challenges, ensuring a customized treatment approach.
• Manage a manageable caseload, treating one patient per hour, which allows for focused interactions and personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and innovative treatment techniques.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and design tailored exercise programs aimed at improving patients' range of motion and overall functionality.
• Encourage patient success by providing motivational support throughout their therapy journey.
• Monitor treatment progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as necessary while maintaining detailed documentation of all patient interactions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Promote healthy lifestyles through education and by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on the orthopedic outpatient population, which includes a variety of individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions affecting their mobility. You will work with a diverse group of patients of varying ages and physical abilities, striving to reduce their reliance on pain medications and facilitating non-invasive alternatives to surgical interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist, free from any disciplinary actions or professional penalties.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong capability in developing exercise protocols tailored to individual needs.
• Experience in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings, allowing for a deeper understanding of patient needs and treatment modalities.
• A background in working with diverse patient populations, focusing on individualized care.

Compensation and Benefits
