Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation and needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

You will work with diverse individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those navigating the complexities associated with hospice and end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited educational institution.

• Active LCSW license in Georgia, with a strong ethical framework.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or in related social services.
