As a Line Cook / BOH Team Member, you will:

• Prepare and cook food, ensuring the highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen
• Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately
• Support the kitchen team and ensure each guest leaves satisfied
• Take on various roles including prep, expediting, and working on the line

We are looking for team members who:

• Have a passion for food
• Are highly organized and process-oriented
• Are hands-on and ready to jump in and help teammates
• Are willing to learn and take direction

Requirements:

• College/Culinary degree and/or comparable experience in a professional kitchen
• Desire to work in a creative, passionate kitchen
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience
• Advanced knife handling skills
• Understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards
• Strong organizational skills

Average Rate: $18 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)

• Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus we'll teach you the rest!

• Open availability and flexibility is a must ability to work any shift
