Our outpatient office setting enables clinicians to connect seamlessly with clients, utilizing telehealth software and tools that enhance communication and support effective therapy delivery. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, including clinical psychologists, LMHCs, and LCSWs, to enrich the therapeutic process.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy services to children, teens, young adults, and their families, adapting techniques to meet their unique needs.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, ensuring continuous client engagement and adjusting treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and session notes meticulously in accordance with company policies and privacy standards.

• Collaborate with clinical colleagues to share insights, propose improvements, and refine our clinical approaches for enhanced patient outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, applying therapeutic methods to guide clients through acute situations while navigating their emotional responses.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include a diverse range of individuals, primarily children and adolescents facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. In this role, you will address various issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma, employing therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice independently in the state of Oregon.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy in unsupervised settings, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, to be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.

• Attractive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
