Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and document therapy notes in adherence to organizational policies and procedures, ensuring patient confidentiality is strictly maintained.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, utilizing therapeutic techniques to guide them toward stabilization.

• Deliver a diverse range of therapeutic services, including family therapy, individual counseling, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.

• Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, engaging in clinician meetings and workshops focused on enhancing clinical skills and methodologies.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans, continually evaluating progress and making adjustments as necessary based on client feedback and response.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working in a clinical mental health setting.

• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to evaluate a variety of mental and emotional disorders.
