Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate and timely documentation, including group notes and progress reports, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to strategize and coordinate discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition for patients.

• Facilitate individualized and group therapy sessions, employing psychoeducational interventions and evidence-based techniques to enhance client engagement.

• Regularly evaluate treatment plans and participate actively in treatment planning meetings, adapting approaches based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

• Monitor client safety, assessing potential risks and responding to changes in client conditions to promote overall well-being.

• Address special precautions effectively by identifying risk factors for clients, including suicide and self-harm situations, and executing interventions tailored to these concerns.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
