Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their pain management needs and goals.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address both physical and psychological aspects of pain.
• Manage medication protocols to ensure effective pain relief, making necessary adjustments based on patient responses.
• Educate patients on pain management strategies, lifestyle modifications, and the importance of adherence to treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up appointments and adjust treatment plans as required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Practitioner are required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in New York.
• Board certification in Pain Management is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience
