Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, which include thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and necessary diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with supervising physicians, ensuring that you adhere to best practices and optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform a variety of procedures and minor surgical interventions as indicated, under the direct supervision and guidance of attending physicians.
• Educate patients on their medical conditions, various treatment options available, and lifestyle changes that promote health and wellness.
• Maintain and manage accurate and detailed medical records that reflect patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will interact with diverse patient populations, from elderly patients experiencing long-term discomfort to younger individuals encountering work-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• A valid state licensure allowing you to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to function independently within your established scope of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong patient-provider relationships.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Essential Wellness Care offers a competitive salary range of USD 140,000 to 160,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
