Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to support clients from the comfort and safety of your own home. While working within a telehealth framework, you will leverage digital tools for virtual consultations, ensuring that you maintain flexibility while meeting patient needs. Your work schedule will primarily consist of Mondays through Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with optional flexibility to accommodate our clients' diverse schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at building community and addressing common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and navigation to ongoing care.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The yearly salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
