Responsibilities The Chef de Partie will support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the day to day operation of the Restaurant and Banquet Kitchen. Assist in overseeing all Kitchen operations, including training, quality controls inspection, food safety assurance, and supervising all kitchen personnel in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience in a high volume kitchen. Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings. Must be currently legally permitted to work in the United States. Compensation $23.67 - $33.67 hourly. Visa Requirements Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
