Administrative Officer

Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who consistently delivers their best, thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about superior customer care. Location: Joondalup Perth. Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm (including a 30‑minute break). Responsibilities Answer a wide variety of enquiries relating to new referrals and medical appointments. Liaise with stakeholders and clients via our online chat portal. Collate results from Health Surveillance assessments and liaise with the medical team. Attend inbound calls from a wide range of clients efficiently and professionally. Qualifications & Skills Problem‑solving skills and the ability to apply knowledge to different scenarios. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism. Ability to work well within a team environment. This position is being sourced directly by KINNECT.
