Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will undertake various responsibilities aimed at maximizing therapeutic outcomes for your clients:

• Conduct comprehensive and continuous assessments to evaluate and monitor clients' mental health needs.
\n
• Facilitate open communication among supervisors, direct care personnel, family members, guardians, and other involved parties regarding each individual’s progress and therapeutic journey.

• Create and maintain a detailed schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Coordinate and execute home visits to further determine progress in real-world contexts, involving chart reviews and staff interviews.
\n
• Implement treatment plans effectively and ensure that program objectives are being met in alignment with clients’ needs.
\n
• Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights and planning effective care strategies.
\n
• Document and complete monthly and quarterly progress notes, maintaining an organized and accurate record of each patient’s development.
\n
• Lead training sessions to enhance the competence of staff members in program implementation and documentation.
\n
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to provide ongoing support tailored to individual client needs.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet several educational and professional criteria:

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical mental health context, demonstrating your capability in therapeutic practices.
