Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing clinically validated tools to determine clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to effectively address the unique challenges presented by our clients.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other stakeholders in the care process, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s health are accounted for in a coordinated and supportive manner.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute distress, utilizing your training and experience to differe potential crises while ensuring safety and providing support.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at reducing the stigma associated with mental health, effectively promoting awareness through workshops and presentations.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health theories and practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and build trust with clients effectively in a telehealth setting.

• Strong organizational capabilities, allowing you to maintain accurate documentation while managing multiple client caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy services in a community mental health setting or similar environment.
