Work Environment

This position is situated in an inviting and well-equipped outpatient office environment designed to foster recovery and rehabilitation. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a steady schedule that enables you to focus on delivering exceptional therapy without the pressures of weekend work. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess their movement capabilities and identify treatment objectives that align with each individual's goals.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, treating one patient per hour to ensure quality attention and care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education, with a focus on non-surgical interventions.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to enhance range of motion, flexibility, and strength.
• Document all patient interactions faithfully within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance and clarity in communication.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation to promote adherence to therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological impairments. Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree at minimum, with preference for candidates holding a Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy.
• Current physical therapy license in the state of Florida, free from any board or disciplinary actions.
• Proven ability in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with effective exercise program design.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate patient records and streamline workflow.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on the latest therapy techniques and best practices in the field.

Compensation and Benefits
