Work Environment\n

In this fully remote position, you will leverage telehealth technology to engage with clients. Our Operations team handles administrative tasks, which allows you to focus solely on patient care. You'll collaborate with a supportive team of mental health professionals who share a commitment to excellence in therapy. Our telehealth facility enables you to maintain a flexible schedule, designed to meet the needs of both clients and clinicians, with set hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and histories related to substance use.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions that are tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Lead group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences and learn coping strategies in a supportive environment.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and multidisciplinary team members to create and implement integrated care plans aimed at achieving optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate and guide families on how to support their loved ones effectively during the recovery process.
\n
• Maintain precise and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

By connecting through telehealth, you will help break down geographical barriers and provide access to essential support for those unable to seek traditional in-person care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD is required.

• Advanced proficiency in navigating telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs) systems is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate treatment plans and engage effectively with clients and their families.

• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a commitment to maintaining a welcoming therapeutic environment.

• Strong empathetic engagement skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly with teenagers and young adults is highly desirable.

• Interest and willingness to stay current with treatment modalities, including participating in ongoing training focused on our proprietary care pathways.

• Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually , adjusted based on experience.
