Work Environment\n

This remote position accommodates a flexible work setup, enabling you to create your own schedule from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. The lack of on-call responsibilities allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while concentrating on delivering high-quality support and care to our clients. All administrative tasks are handled by our operations team, providing you with the freedom to focus on therapy and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to comprehensively evaluate clients' mental health status and substance use history.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and holistic care for each client.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process to enhance support systems and create a nurturing environment.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic competencies and stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this position includes adolescents and young adults grappling with significant mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop effective therapeutic relationships, providing them with a safe space to explore their feelings and experiences while empowering them toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD) is required.

• Experience delivering telehealth therapy specifically tailored to adolescents and young adults.

• Strong willingness to participate in training dedicated to our evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as care pathways.

• Proficient in using modern technology and software, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to foster client engagement and collaboration.

• Professional demeanor and a compassionate approach in all interactions with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is preferred.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques that support adolescent mental health.
