Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients in various stages of their mental health journey. Your clientele may include individuals suffering from anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical).

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude is essential for creating a trust-based client environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, particularly when balancing multiple clients and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, we prefer candidates who possess a depth of understanding and hands-on experience in various treatment modalities. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is also an asset, as it is a pivotal part of our service delivery model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
