Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ needs and create personalized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessments, developing safety plans tailored to each client's situation.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated and effective care delivery.

• Assist clients in navigating available resources, including housing support, financial assistance, and community services, promoting a comprehensive approach to their well-being.

• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Oregon is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
