Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a defined caseload of clients, establishing rapport through compassionate interaction and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to discuss client progress, assess their stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Keep thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments, to track client developments and treatment effectiveness.

• Provide thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients and assess their mental health needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
