Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct high-quality, ethical, and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through a secure video chat platform.

In your role as a mental health therapist, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses; applicants should not have any disciplinary actions against their license.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy are essential qualities.

• Proficiency in technology, including the ability to use virtual counseling platforms and maintain client records digitally.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in providing telehealth or virtual counseling services is preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
