Summary


Our client is seeking an experienced Paid Search Coordinator to support paid search campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple Retail accounts. This role will work closely with Performance Media teams and business stakeholders to manage Google Ads campaigns, monitor performance, support reporting initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.


This position is ideal for a detail-oriented digital marketing professional with deep Google Ads expertise and experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously. The ideal candidate enjoys analyzing performance data, executing campaign optimizations, supporting reporting deliverables, and working in a fast-paced environment focused on driving business performance.


Key Responsibilities

Paid Search Campaign Management & Optimization

• Analyze, optimize, and manage Google Ads Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns across multiple accounts
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid strategy execution to support campaign performance goals
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations related to bids, budgets, negative keywords, ad copy testing, and audience targeting

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Compile weekly and monthly reporting by gathering performance data and supporting analysis activities
• Translate campaign performance results into clear and digestible insights for stakeholders
• Support post-launch analysis and other business performance reporting activities

Testing & Campaign Improvements

• Recommend A/B testing opportunities across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Evaluate testing results and support optimization efforts based on campaign performance data
• Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, betas, and industry best practices

Budget & Account Management

• Manage campaign budgets and pacing across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Support multiple country accounts and lines of business concurrently while maintaining performance standards
• Assist lead strategists with ongoing business reporting and operational activities

Tracking, Analytics & Platform Support

• Ensure tracking and tagging accuracy in partnership with analytics stakeholders
• Support UTM conventions, conversion tracking, and GA4-related activities
• Assist with Microsoft/Bing Ads campaign support as needed

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience
• Experience managing multiple accounts, reporting cycles, and performance marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
• Strong experience with keyword research, ad copy development, bid strategies, and campaign optimization
• Strong Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functionality
• Experience with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with bid management and automation tools
• Experience working across multiple country accounts and lines of business concurrently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fluid, demanding, fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with paid social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok Ads
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau
• Experience supporting Retail, D2C, or B2C organizations
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills
• Current Google Ads certifications, including Google Ads Search Certification, Google Analytics (GA4) Certification, or Google Shopping Ads Certification
