Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs, strengths, and challenges, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient functioning and symptom management.

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy, as well as group and family counseling sessions, ensuring that these services align with best clinical practices and therapeutic frameworks.

• Engage actively in program planning sessions alongside the psychiatry team and other relevant health professionals, contributing valuable insights derived from patient interactions.

• Continuously assess the biopsychosocial aspects of each patient, identifying emerging needs and challenges while modifying treatment plans accordingly to respond to changes in patient condition.

• Provide case management support, maintaining ongoing communication with patients and their families to align care and services with patient goals.
