Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and functional limitations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress in line with established clinical pathways, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols based on real-time feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care outside the clinic.
• Engage in regular peer collaboration and case discussions to enhance treatment efficacy and share knowledge regarding best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will encounter patients of various ages and activity levels, each with unique rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedics.
• Proven competency in developing and implementing customized treatment programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced certification in orthopedic physical therapy or related fields is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
