Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video sessions employing evidence-based approaches to facilitate therapeutic progress for individual adults.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans, enriching the care process through teamwork.

• Utilize self-assessments and progress measures to adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing client feedback and performance metrics.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and treatment records through our innovative therapist portal, ensuring compliance and facilitating seamless communication within the team.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team for clinical consultation and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Touchstone, you will work primarily with adult clients from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and stress management challenges. You will have the opportunity to engage with individuals who may come from various cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds, which emphasizes the need for cultural sensitivity and empathy in your treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active LPCC licensure in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated clinical skills in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience working with individual adults, ideally in a telehealth or remote setting.

• Familiarity with digital health tools and a willingness to incorporate technology into therapeutic practices.
