Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients’ mental health issues.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and our internal policies, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care and share insights for complex cases.

• Lead case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care provided to each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a recognized accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
