Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular psychotherapy sessions with clients, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to cater to their individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop detailed case conceptualizations to inform treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic focus will encompass a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with issues stemming from trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health challenges. You will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys through supportive and evidence-based care practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice independently in Pennsylvania, including LCSW, LPC, or LMFT credentials.

• A strong commitment to providing trauma-informed care and a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Although a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting is required, we value innovative thinking and a client-centered approach over the number of years served. Experience in delivering primary therapeutic interventions or having worked in various levels of behavioral health care will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
