Work Environment

This position offers a flexible working environment, allowing you to connect with clients remotely while also having the option to meet them in our modern outpatient office in Orlando, Florida, when required. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and treatment planning for couples and families, individually consulting with each family member to address their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation and divorce.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions in both individual and group formats, promoting healing and understanding among clients.
• Implement treatment interventions that are tailored to the distinct circumstances of diverse family structures, such as blended families and single-parent households.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will work closely with families to support them in overcoming obstacles and improving relational dynamics. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate complex emotional challenges, whether they are dealing with familial disputes, health-related stressors, or transitions in life such as separation and divorce.

Qualifications

The ideal candidates will possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A profound commitment to clinical excellence and the well-being of clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, along with an attractive benefits package that includes:
