The position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while interacting with clients through telemedicine. Our Community Health Clinic provides a collaborative framework where you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to integrate both virtual and in-person sessions, accommodating the needs of clients effectively. Full-time counselors will typically work a Monday to Friday schedule, while part-time options exist on Monday to Saturday, according to personal and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics, formulating personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with earnings between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses.
