Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations, tailored to determine their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans integrating contemporary physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and pain management strategies.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic interventions and guide patients through exercise regimens to promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies and self-management techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) to track progress and outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and refine treatment methods based on evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will primarily work with patients experiencing a range of orthopedic issues, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
