Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire) - Immediate Start Florham Park, NJ (Onsite) Overview We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands-on AP Clerk to join a small, collaborative accounting team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start (as early as this week) and offers strong long-term potential, excellent benefits upon conversion, and a flexible daily schedule. Position Highlights Full-cycle Accounts Payable within a QuickBooks Online (QBO) environment Support 4 related entities in a streamlined, paperless workflow Process ~150-200 invoices monthly through a centralized AP inbox Manage approvals via PandaDoc (DocuSign-style workflow) Handle document management using Foxit Own invoice entry, approvals, and check runs end-to-end Schedule 35-hour work week (7-hour days) Flexible hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Ideal Candidate Experience with QuickBooks Online Comfortable managing moderate invoice volume independently Familiar with electronic approval workflows and AP inbox management Detail-oriented with the ability to own the AP process from start to finish Salary & Benefits Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
