Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing structured interviews and evidence-based assessment tools.

• Evaluate clients’ needs, issues, and goals to develop tailored treatment plans that encompass individual and family therapy objectives.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

• Provide couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and foster healthier relationships.
\n
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on client feedback and progress to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate records including progress notes, treatment plans, and case details in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to coordinate care strategies that better serve the clients’ holistic needs.

• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing transparent and compassionate support throughout the therapy process.

• Be prepared to provide crisis intervention and immediate support during acute emotional distress or emergencies.

• Stay informed on current research and best practices in marriage and family therapy, integrating them into your practice for optimal client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure adherence to ethical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Insightful Life Psychiatry Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, particularly focusing on teenagers, adults, and couples seeking to improve their mental health and relationships. This position enables you to address a variety of challenges including but not limited to relational dysfunctions, communication barriers, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, thereby helping clients find pathways to recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist per state regulations.
\n
• Proven experience in providing therapy to both individuals and couples, with demonstrated competency in client assessment and therapeutic intervention.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and a strong aptitude for maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
