Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, ensuring to consider their unique backgrounds and concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Ignite Mental Healthcare, you will assist a diverse group of clients seeking help for various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to create a safe and trusting rapport with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental outlook on clients’ experiences, supporting their healing journey.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads efficiently and comply with administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community mental health setting or private practice environment, providing therapy to a wide range of clients.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
