Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' physical limitations and functional needs, developing tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy.
• Provide education to patients regarding injury prevention, ergonomics, and body mechanics to promote independence and safety in their daily activities.
• Regularly assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as required, ensuring optimal recovery trajectories.
• Document patient treatment and outcomes thoroughly, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate integrated patient care.
• Participate in continued education and training activities to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with at Dynamic Wellness Rehabilitation come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of conditions. You will treat individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those managing chronic pain due to conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia, as well as patients needing rehabilitation after sports injuries or accidents. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
