Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify each patient's physical needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic equipment and techniques to facilitate rehabilitation progress, including manual therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, self-management strategies, and the importance of active participation in their recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrative care, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population of patients, ranging from children to seniors, each presenting unique orthopedic challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is preferred.
• A current Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
