Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating patient conditions and needs to develop customized treatment programs based on physician referrals.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to treat a variety of orthopedic issues and promote recovery.
• Providing therapy services in the clinic and, when necessary, at patients' homes, ensuring alignment with the physician's treatment plan.
• Educating and training patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and self-care practices to accelerate recovery.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and outcomes, adhering to established utilization goals for the clinic.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes and enhance overall clinic effectiveness.
• Exhibiting strong customer service skills, contributing to a supportive and positive environment for both patients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will play a critical role in treating diverse patient populations, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurologic disorders, and sports-related ailments. Qualifications

To be considered for the Orthopedic Physical Therapist position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
