Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Leesburg, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients exhibiting functional limitations, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility and quality of life.
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal continuity of care for patients across different stages of treatment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, interacting respectfully with all patients, their families, and caregivers, regardless of their age or cultural background.
• Document detailed findings, treatment plans, and discharge summaries adhering to all professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate actively in community outreach and marketing initiatives, contributing to program developments that aim to expand our service offerings.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring that patient care and administrative processes are executed efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuous education, in-services, and maintaining licensure compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication within the interdisciplinary team, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus
