Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care during their therapy sessions.
• Utilize advanced techniques in orthopedic care, promoting non-surgical methods that minimize reliance on medications and enhance patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement diverse treatment strategies, incorporating a variety of modalities and evidence-based practices aimed at restoration of function.
• Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing motivation and support that fosters a positive and empowering environment.
• Monitor patient progress, continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatments, and adjust care plans based on empirical data and patient feedback.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress using effective EMR systems, such as Web PT.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and shared success in patient health improvement.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
