Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients referred by physicians to create personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes, using an array of techniques and modalities rooted in current best practices.
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment protocols, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery and prevent further injuries.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and outcomes to comply with industry standards and facilitate quality care.
• Meet and exceed minimum utilization goals while contributing positively to the clinic's operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maximize patient rehabilitation outcomes through interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support to junior therapists and interns as part of our commitment to professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Orthopedic Physical Therapist role will involve treating a diverse range of patients, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, pediatric ailments, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with completion of an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
