Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine functional limitations and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment regimens and modify them as necessary to ensure optimal patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient care plans and share relevant updates.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment, and discharge plans in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to all regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
