Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' individual goals and customize treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one patient sessions, dedicating approximately 40 minutes per patient to ensure comprehensive care.
• Employ evidence-based treatment techniques to optimize patients' mobility and functional capacity.
• Implement cost-effective solutions that may reduce reliance on medications and obviate the need for surgical interventions.
• Design and lead tailored fitness and wellness programs that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they actively participate in their recovery process.
• Evaluate patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Maintain precise documentation of all patient interactions and treatment services provided.

Compensation and Benefits
