Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that encompass clients' mental health histories, identifying concerns and formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and others tailored to client preferences.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges during therapy sessions or through immediate outreach.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our secure electronic health record systems, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists or other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive treatment options for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and available resources, while advocating for their rights within the healthcare system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, professional training, and peer feedback to stay abreast of innovative therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
